We specialize in floral and event décor design for theme events including galas, conventions, corporate functions, weddings and special events. We are known for cutting through the clutter by providing a crystal clear and comprehensive decor solutions that saves our clients value time.

How do we schedule a consultation?

How long is the initial consultation?

It varies depending on your questions. Our typical consultation is 60 to 90 minutes in duration.

What is discussed during our consultation?

Your visions! Our discovery process will help us understand your point of view so that we can customize your package that reflects your style and taste.

How do we retain your services?

A non-refundable retainer and a signed service agreement is required to secure your date. The retainer is 40% of the proposal amount.

When is the balance due?

For corporate and special events, balance is due three-weeks prior to your celebration.

How far in advance do we need to book your services?

The sooner, the better! Most of our clients reserve our services about 6 to 12 months prior to their event. We are able to accommodate shorter time frame based on availability.

Will we see sample arrangement(s) before our event?

When you book our “full production” package or have book a minimum of $7,500 for your special event, we provide a complimentary table setting about 45 to 60 days prior to your celebration.

What are your hours?

We are open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Consultation is by appointment only. Also, evening and weekend appointments are available by request.

Can we adjust our order?

Absolutely! You can adjust your order without any penalty up to 14-days prior to your special event.

Do you handle “last minute” request?

Yes, we can accommodate “rush orders” based on availability. Please call us at (949) 851-4739 and share your request.

How much would it cost to be the “exclusive” event for the day?

A $100,000. minimum order for floral and decor is required to secure this exclusivity.
